How long will the driver wait after my flight lands?
The chauffeur tracks your flight and starts the waiting allowance from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. You get 60 minutes free from landing; after that waiting is S$10 per 15 minutes, paid online afterwards by secure online payment link, never to the driver.
Where do I meet the chauffeur at Changi?
In the arrival hall of your terminal, after customs, holding a sign with your name. You also get the driver's contact on WhatsApp before landing.
Can I book an airport pickup for tonight?
