Where you meet your chauffeur at each terminal
For a meet-and-greet pickup, your chauffeur waits in the arrival hall of your terminal, after customs and baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. Changi does not allow drivers to wait at the kerbside, so the chauffeur then walks you to the car, which is brought to the terminal’s designated private pick-up point. The table shows where those points are, as published by Changi Airport.

Which terminal is my flight?
Your terminal is printed on your e-ticket and shown on the Changi Airport app and website. Airlines occasionally move terminals, so check again on the day. Give us your flight number when you book: we use it to track the landing time and the terminal, and your chauffeur goes to the right hall even if the airline changes it.
Jewel Changi Airport is connected to Terminal 1, so a Jewel pickup is handled as a T1 pickup. If you want time at Jewel after landing, book an hourly hire or set a later pickup time.
Arrival pickup fares by vehicle
Fares are per vehicle, not per person, and shown before you pay. Pick the car by passengers and luggage, not just seats: a family of four with four large suitcases is more comfortable in an Alphard or V-Class than in a sedan.

Departures: dropping you at the right door
For a drop-off, tell us your airline. Changi recommends dropping off at the kerbside nearest your check-in row, and your chauffeur will do that. From the city centre the drive is usually 20 to 30 minutes outside peak hours. See how early to leave for Changi for timings.

Midnight pickups (11pm–7am) add S$15, each extra stop adds S$20 and child seats cost S$25 each; these are added automatically to your online total before you pay. Waiting beyond the free allowance is S$10 per 15 minutes, paid afterwards by secure online payment link, never to the driver.

Where is the private car pick-up at Terminal 3?
At Basement 1, doors 1 to 5. After collecting your bags, follow the Arrival Pick-up signs and take the down escalator. With meet-and-greet, the chauffeur walks you there.
What if my flight changes terminal or lands early?
We track your flight number, so the chauffeur follows the actual landing time and terminal. You do not need to rebook.
