Why pre-book a late-night transfer
- The MRT does not run all night: the last trains leave Changi Airport station around midnight, so late arrivals depend on taxis or cars.
- Late-night taxi and app fares include surcharges and can surge when several flights land together.
- A pre-booked car is confirmed before you fly, and the chauffeur follows your actual landing time.
Fares and the midnight surcharge
The table shows starting fares. Midnight pickups (11pm–7am) add a flat S$15 midnight surcharge. It is added automatically to the total you pay online, so there is nothing to pay the driver.

Early-morning departures
For a flight at 06:00 or 07:00 you may need to leave home at 03:00 or 04:00. Book the day before at the latest, and give us your flight number. If you want reassurance, message us on WhatsApp the evening before to confirm your pickup.
Safety and comfort at night
- You get the chauffeur’s name, phone and car plate before pickup.
- Payment is already done online, so there is nothing to settle at 2am.
- Child seats can be requested for sleepy children, at S$25 per seat.

How payment works
Every booking is paid in full online in advance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay through our secure checkout. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you receive a receipt by email. There is no cash, no pay-on-arrival and no pay-later option: drivers never collect payment. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
