MICE limo service in Singapore: chauffeurs for conferences and exhibitions
Short answer: For a conference, exhibition or incentive trip in Singapore, book cars at least 3 days ahead: a fixed-fare Changi transfer for each arriving delegate, transfers or a 13-seater for hotel-to-venue runs, and a car with driver by the hour, from S$70 per hour, for show days with several stops. Every booking is prepaid online with a receipt.
MICE transport in Singapore at a glance
MICE stands for meetings, incentives, conferences (or conventions) and exhibitions. Most large events in Singapore are held at three venues: Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention in Marina Bay, Singapore EXPO near Changi, and Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in the city centre. A delegate or exhibitor usually needs three kinds of rides, and each has its own booking:
- Arrival and departure: a Changi Airport transfer to the hotel, and a departure transfer back, at one fixed fare per vehicle.
- Hotel to venue and back: a point-to-point transfer for each run, or a 13-seater for a group.
- Show days, client visits and dinners: a car with driver by the hour, with the same chauffeur waiting between stops.
LimoBooking.sg is an independent private chauffeur service. We are not affiliated with any venue, organiser or event, and our cars use the same public drop-off and pickup points as other private hire cars.
Delegate airport arrivals at Changi
Your chauffeur tracks the flight and meets each delegate in the arrival hall with a name sign; the first 60 minutes after the actual landing time are free. Enter each passenger’s name and mobile number when you book, so the chauffeur can contact them directly, and your own email for the receipt.
- Marina Bay Sands describes its Expo & Convention centre as about 20 minutes from Changi Airport, and Suntec Singapore gives the same figure for its centre.
- Singapore EXPO is at the doorstep of Changi Business Park and calls itself a 10-minute ride from the airport, so delegates staying near the airport can be at the halls quickly.
- Several delegates on the same flight can share one car: an Alphard takes up to 6 passengers and the 13-seater up to 13.

Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention
Marina Bay Sands is at 10 Bayfront Avenue, reached by car via Sheares Avenue. Its directions page lists a marked pick-up and drop-off point outside Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention, as well as points on Sheares Link outside Hotel Tower 1, on Bayfront Avenue outside Hotel Tower 3 and outside The Shoppes. For a conference, ask for the Expo & Convention drop-off; delegates staying in the hotel towers can also walk across.
Bayfront MRT (CE1/DT16) Exit E leads to the Expo & Convention centre, which helps if part of your team comes by train. See the venue’s directions to Marina Bay Sands, and our Marina Bay Sands transfers for fares.
Singapore EXPO
Singapore EXPO is at 1 Expo Drive, at the crossroads of the ECP, PIE and TPE expressways. The venue lists two taxi stands, I42 at Foyer 1 and I02 at Foyer 2, and a Foyer 2 drop-off and pick-up point for private-hire cars.
The halls are spread out: the venue’s directions group Foyer 1 with the meeting rooms and Halls 1 to 3, Foyer 2 with Halls 4 to 6, and Foyer 3 with Halls 7 to 10. Put your hall or booth number in the booking notes so the chauffeur can plan the drop-off, and agree the pickup point before you go in. Expo MRT (CG1/DT35) is at the venue. See Singapore EXPO’s getting here page.
Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre
Suntec Singapore is at 1 Raffles Boulevard, in the city centre. By car or taxi, the venue asks visitors to alight at its driveway along Temasek Boulevard, where The Big Picture is located. Esplanade (CC3, Exit A), Promenade (CC4, Exit C) and City Hall (EW13) MRT stations are a few minutes’ walk away, according to the venue.
Many delegates stay at hotels around Marina Bay, City Hall and Bugis, so hotel-to-venue runs are short. See Suntec Singapore’s visit page for directions.
Hotel-to-venue shuttles for delegates
For a group staying at one or two hotels, plan the morning and evening runs as separate bookings, each with its own pickup time:
- Small groups: one point-to-point transfer per run, from S$70 per vehicle, not per person.
- Larger groups: the 13-seater takes up to 13 passengers in one run. For more people, book several vehicles for the same time.
- Several runs in one morning: book the vehicle by the hour instead, so the same chauffeur loops between the hotel and the venue within the booked hours.
- Timing: leave a margin before registration opens and at the end of the day, when everyone leaves at once and the driveways are busy.
Send the guest list and timings on WhatsApp or email and we propose a mix of cars; see hotel transfers in Singapore for single rides.
Hourly hire on show days
Exhibitors and visiting executives often need a car for the whole day: hotel to the booth in the morning, client meetings in the CBD or a business park, then a dinner. With hourly hire the chauffeur waits at every stop and stops are unlimited within your hours.
- From S$70 per hour per vehicle, minimum 3 consecutive hours per date.
- For a three-day exhibition, add each show day to one booking with its own pickup time and hours; the dates do not need to be consecutive.
- Time runs from your pickup until your final drop-off. A booking that starts in the midnight window (11pm–7am) adds S$15.
- ERP and parking are included.
For a VIP speaker or client, choose the Mercedes S-Class. More on how a day with a driver works: car with driver in Singapore.
Group vehicles from our fleet
- Mercedes E-Class: up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags, for one executive.
- Mercedes S-Class: up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags, for VIP guests and speakers.
- Toyota Alphard or Vellfire: up to 6 passengers and 4 large bags.
- Mercedes V-Class: up to 6 passengers and 5 large bags, good for a team with sample cases.
- 13-seater: up to 13 passengers and 10 large bags, for delegate runs.
The 13-seater is our largest vehicle; we do not run coaches. Fares are per vehicle, so the cost per person falls as the group grows. Compare every car and rate on fleet and rates and the full fare list in limo price in Singapore.
Hourly hire or point-to-point transfers?
| Your plan | Best booking | From |
|---|---|---|
| Delegate landing at Changi, to the hotel | Changi Airport transfer | S$100 per vehicle |
| Hotel to the venue in the morning, back in the evening | Point-to-point transfers, one each way | S$70 per vehicle per trip |
| Show day with meetings, a site visit and dinner | Hourly hire | S$70 per hour, minimum 3 consecutive hours per date |
| Several show days with the same car | Hourly hire with one date per show day | Rate x hours for each date |
| Flying out after the event | Departure transfer to Changi | S$75 per vehicle |
If you only need the venue and back, two transfers usually cost less than keeping a car all day. If there are several stops or the timing is uncertain, hourly hire is simpler.
Booking lead time and planning checklist
- Book at least 3 days ahead. This is our minimum notice for every booking; same-day bookings are not available. Big events fill hotel and transport plans early, so book once delegates have flights.
- One booking per passenger or group, with the passenger’s name and mobile number, so each chauffeur contacts the right person.
- Put the venue, hall or foyer and any event instructions in the notes. Drop-off arrangements can change for each event, so check the organiser’s notice too.
- Receipts: every booking gets its own receipt for company claims; see corporate limo service.
- Changes: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Booking and payment rules
- Pay in full online in advance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay. There is no cash, invoice or pay-on-the-day option.
- Drivers never collect payment. Extra time or waiting is billed after the trip by secure online payment link.
- Hourly hire: minimum 3 consecutive hours per date; each date has its own pickup time and hours.
