How much is a limo from Changi Airport to the city?
An arrival transfer starts from S$100 in a Toyota Alphard or Mercedes E-Class. A V-Class starts from S$110, and an S-Class from S$250.
How do I book?
Fill in the booking form, choose your vehicle and pay securely online in advance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you receive the driver's details before the trip.
Do I have to pay with PayPal?
No. You book online and pay in advance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay through our secure checkout. PayPal is not required.
Can I pay the driver on the day?
No. Every booking is paid in full online in advance by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay, and your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Drivers do not collect payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be charged.
Are there extra charges?
ERP and parking are included. Midnight pickups (11pm–7am) add S$15, child seats are S$25 each and extra stops S$20 each; all are added to your online total before you pay. Waiting beyond the free allowance is S$10 per 15 minutes, paid afterwards by secure online payment link.
How long is the free waiting time?
Free waiting is 60 minutes from actual landing for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other pickups; after that it is S$10 per 15 minutes, paid online afterwards by secure online payment link, never to the driver.
Which car fits 6 people with luggage?
A Toyota Alphard or Mercedes V-Class seats up to 6. For larger groups or lots of luggage, choose the 13-seater Toyota Hiace.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, S$25 per seat. Add them in the booking form and tell us the child's age in the notes.
Do you operate 24 hours?
Yes, bookings are available around the clock, every day of the year.
Services
How long will the driver wait after my flight lands?
The chauffeur tracks your flight and starts the waiting allowance from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. You get 60 minutes free from landing; after that waiting is S$10 per 15 minutes, paid online afterwards by secure online payment link, never to the driver.
How early should I book a departure transfer?
Ideally a day ahead. Same-day bookings are possible when a car is free; send us a WhatsApp message to check.
What is the minimum booking?
Three hours for all vehicles.
Can I add a stop along the way?
Yes. Add it in the booking form: each extra stop is S$20, included in your online total.
How far ahead should we book a wedding car?
Popular dates fill up, so booking one to three months ahead is wise.
Can you provide several cars for one event?
Yes. Share guest numbers and timings and we will propose the right mix of vehicles.
Is a guide included?
No. Your chauffeur drives and can suggest stops, but is not a licensed tourist guide.
Can your limo drive us into Johor Bahru?
Singapore private hire cars may not carry paying passengers across the border. We arrange cross-border trips only on request through properly licensed operators.
