Concert limo in Singapore: chauffeur to the National Stadium and Indoor Stadium
Short answer: For a big concert at the National Stadium or Singapore Indoor Stadium, book your chauffeur at least 3 days ahead, get dropped off at the point The Kallang lists for your gate, and agree a pickup point for after the show. Two fixed-fare transfers suit there-and-back trips; a car with driver by the hour, from S$70 per hour, suits dinner plus the show.
The venues at a glance
Singapore’s biggest stadium concerts are held at The Kallang, the sports and entertainment precinct that was called the Singapore Sports Hub until it was renamed on 28 November 2025. It includes the National Stadium, the Singapore Indoor Stadium, OCBC Arena and Kallang Wave Mall, so signs, apps and older tickets may use either name.
- Nearest MRT: Stadium (CC6) on the Circle Line has direct access to the precinct. Tanjong Rhu (TE23), Mountbatten (CC7) and Kallang (EW10) are within walking distance.
- Event days are busy: The Kallang says traffic and station congestion may be heavier than usual on event days and recommends arriving early.
- Arrangements can change per event: The Kallang notes that event-specific arrangements may vary, and Kallang Wave Mall is under enhancement works expected to run from May 2026 to 2028. Check the venue’s getting here page and your event’s own notice before the day.
- We are independent: LimoBooking.sg is a private chauffeur service. We are not affiliated with The Kallang, any concert promoter or any ticket seller, and our cars use the same public drop-off and pickup points as other private hire cars.
Drop-off at the National Stadium
At the National Stadium, the right drop-off point depends on your gate number, so check your ticket. The Kallang’s directions for taxis and private hire cars are:
- Gates 1 to 5 and 13 to 23: taxi stand I30 at Stadium Place, next to Kallang Wave Mall and the OCBC Aquatic Centre.
- Gates 5 to 13: taxi stand I29 on Stadium Boulevard, next to OCBC Arena.
For ride-hailing, the venue names the matching Kallang Wave Mall pick-up and the Stadium Boulevard pick-up bay. From either point you go up to Level 3 and follow the signs to your gate. Put your gate number in the booking notes and your chauffeur heads for the right side of the stadium. See The Kallang’s National Stadium directions.
Drop-off at the Singapore Indoor Stadium
For the Singapore Indoor Stadium, The Kallang lists taxi stand I28 on Stadium Crescent for taxis and private hire cars, and Pick-up Bay B1 for ride-hailing. If you are meeting friends who come by train, the venue directs Indoor Stadium visitors from Stadium MRT Exit A, via OCBC Square. See the Singapore Indoor Stadium directions.
Getting picked up after the show
The end of a big concert is the hardest part of the night: thousands of people leave at the same time, and the roads and stations around the precinct fill up together. The Kallang lists two ride pick-up points for after events:
- Pick-up Point A on Stadium Drive, on the north side of the National Stadium (bays A1 to A6). From the promenade, cross the bridge by Gate 14 and take the second stairwell on the right. The venue recommends it if you leave the National Stadium by Gates 8 to 23.
- Pick-up Point B on Stadium Crescent, beside taxi stand I28 on the east side of the Singapore Indoor Stadium (bays B1 to B5), reached by the overhead connection by Gate 2. The venue recommends it for Gates 1 to 7, and as the nearest point for Indoor Stadium events, with Point A as the alternative to beat the crowd.
How to make the pickup smooth:
- Agree the pickup point and a rough time before you go in, based on your exit gate and the arrangements published for your event.
- Expect a wait in the crowd. Walking a few minutes to the agreed point is usually quicker than trying to meet right outside your gate.
- Keep your phone charged. Your chauffeur contacts you by phone or WhatsApp, and you can message us if the show runs late.
- On hourly hire the chauffeur waits within your booked hours, so an encore does not mean a new booking. Book enough hours to cover a late finish.
Why pre-booking matters on concert nights
On a big concert night, many people try to get a taxi or a ride at the same moment. A pre-booked chauffeur means:
- your car, its size and your chauffeur are arranged before the day, with no queue at a taxi stand after the show;
- the fare is fixed and paid online in advance, so there is nothing to settle on the night;
- your gate, pickup point and timings are in the booking notes, so the chauffeur knows the plan.
We need at least 3 days’ notice for every booking and do not take same-day bookings, so book as soon as you have your tickets.
Hourly car with driver or point-to-point transfers?
| Your plan | Best booking | From |
|---|---|---|
| Dinner or drinks first, then the concert, with the same car all evening | Car with driver by the hour | S$70 per hour, minimum 3 consecutive hours per date |
| Home or hotel to the stadium, and back after the show | Point-to-point transfers, one each way | S$70 per vehicle per trip |
| Two or more concert nights | Hourly hire with one date per night in the same booking | Rate x hours for each date |
| Landing at Changi for the concert | Airport limo to your hotel | S$100 per vehicle |
| Flying home after the concert | Departure transfer to Changi | S$75 per vehicle |
On hourly hire the time runs from your pickup until your final drop-off, and stops and waiting within those hours are included. A concert plus getting in and out usually takes up most of an evening, so if you only need to get there and back, two transfers usually cost less than keeping a car the whole time. If you want dinner first, several stops or a car waiting for a group, hourly hire is simpler. A ride home that starts in the midnight window (11pm–7am) adds S$15, shown in the total before you pay. See hourly limo hire: what to know for how the hours are counted.
Arriving from Changi for a concert
Flying in for a show? Your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you in the arrival hall with a name sign; the first 60 minutes after the actual landing time are free. Choose the car by passengers and luggage on our airport limo in Singapore page, or book a straight Changi Airport transfer to your hotel.
- Drop your bags at the hotel first: check your event’s conditions of entry for what you can bring in.
- Leave a buffer between your landing time and the show, because immigration, bags and event-day traffic all take time.
- If you land and go to the concert on the same day, an hourly booking can cover the airport pickup, the hotel stop and the drop-off at the stadium in one car.
For the trip home, see how early to leave for Changi.
Cars for groups of friends and guests
- Mercedes E-Class: up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags.
- Mercedes S-Class: up to 3 passengers and 2 large bags, for a VIP night out.
- Toyota Alphard or Vellfire: up to 6 passengers and 4 large bags.
- Mercedes V-Class: up to 6 passengers and 5 large bags.
- 13-seater: up to 13 passengers and 10 large bags, so a whole group arrives and leaves together.
Because the fare is per vehicle, not per person, the cost per person falls as the group grows. Hosting clients at a show? A company can book several cars and get a receipt for each: see corporate limo service. Compare every car and rate on fleet and rates.
Concerts at other venues
The same planning works for shows at other venues in Singapore, such as theatres, hotel ballrooms or Marina Bay: check the venue’s own getting-there page for its drop-off and pickup points, put them in the booking notes, and agree where to meet after the show. For shows at Marina Bay Sands, see Marina Bay Sands transfers. For the Formula 1 race weekend, see our limo service for the Singapore Grand Prix.
