Who the Alphard suits
The Alphard is a luxury MPV with two reclining captain seats in the middle row and a third row behind. It is the usual choice for:
- Families of four to six going to or from Changi with luggage
- Executives who want a quiet cabin to work or take calls
- Wedding guests and VIP visitors who need easy step-in access
- Half-day or full-day hire with several stops
For two or three passengers with light luggage, the Mercedes E-Class is the same starting price. For more than six people or bulky luggage, choose the 13-seater.
Seats and luggage, honestly
Six passengers and six full-size suitcases rarely fit together in an Alphard. A practical rule: six passengers with cabin bags, or four passengers with four large suitcases. If you are unsure, tell us the number and size of bags when you book, or compare options in our guide Alphard vs maxicab for a family of six.
Alphard or Vellfire?
The Vellfire is Toyota’s sister model with a different front design and the same cabin. We book them as one class, so you get either at the same fare.
How to book
- Enter pickup, destination, date and time in the booking form.
- Choose Toyota Alphard / Vellfire and see the fixed fare.
- Pay securely online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Half-day and full-day Alphard hire
Hourly hire keeps the same car and chauffeur with you for the whole booking, which suits shopping days, property viewings, family visits and multi-stop business days. A half day is usually four to five hours and a full day eight to ten. Tell us the stops when you book and we will check the time is realistic for Singapore traffic. Time runs from the booked pickup to the final drop-off within Singapore.

Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you receive a receipt by email. There is no cash, no pay-on-arrival and no pay-later option: drivers never collect payment.
