Changi Airport terminals explained: T1, T2, T3, T4 and Jewel
Short answer: Changi Airport has four passenger terminals. Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are linked airside and landside by the Skytrain and walkways, with Jewel attached to T1; Terminal 4 is separate and reached by shuttle bus. Private cars collect passengers at each terminal's designated pick-up point, for example Basement 1 at T1 and T3.

Getting between terminals
- T1, T2 and T3 are connected by the free Skytrain and by walking routes.
- Jewel is connected to T1, and by link bridges to T2 and T3.
- T4 is reached by a free shuttle bus from T2.
If you are connecting terminals with lots of luggage, or want to visit Jewel before your hotel, a chauffeur can wait while you explore on an hourly booking.
Which terminal am I using?
Your terminal is on your e-ticket and on the Changi Airport app. Airlines occasionally move terminals, so check on the day. When you book with us, give the flight number and we follow any change.
