Passengers and luggage
The Hiace has 13 passenger seats. Luggage space depends on how many seats are used: plan for about nine passengers with full-size suitcases, or thirteen with hand luggage only. Golf bags, prams and strollers fit if you tell us in advance. Our listed luggage capacity is 10 large bags.

Airport arrivals for groups
For group arrivals, give us the flight number and the lead passenger’s mobile number. The driver tracks the flight and meets the group in the arrival hall of the correct Changi terminal. If group members arrive on different flights, book separate pickups so nobody waits for hours; for a group splitting to different hotels, add the extra stops when booking (S$20 each).
